Growing A Sense of Community

The Saddle Up Equestrian Club (The Club) consists of a 80´ x 224´ indoor riding arena. The indoor arena will house a heated, upper level residents lounge, with a washroom and an observation deck. The heated lower level will feature four cool down box stalls with washing capability, tack lockers for residents, and a common area, to accommodate office, washroom, and small reception area. The treed recreation area, over 4 km of equestrian right of ways, and a community green space are all amenities that Equestrian Club members will enjoy. Plans are now being made to accommodate a
100´ x 220´ outdoor arena
on the large level area being created adjacent to the indoor arena site.

Arena Construction
Arena Construction
Every lot owner in Saddle Up estates will become a “voting” member of The Club. The Club will be operated as a non-profit orginization. The Developer will build* and initiially operate & maintain the venue until such time that a majority of Club members agree to an alternative operational structure.

Membership and utilization fee’s will reflect the not-for-profit concept, with membership participation expected to further minimize any costs. The Club will be at liberty to utilize these facilities to their fullest potential including the hosting of events to offset the cost of operating the venue.
