Service Description
Water Supply Each parcel will have a private water well drilled and completed at the developer’s cost to supply potable water. Wells are currently in use on Lots 2 & 3 with wa ter quality and quantity far above average. (Alberta Environment Data available).
Electrical Power Power will be supplied to the individual lots by the developer.
Telephone Telus’ current individual rural line (IRL) charge will be paid by the developer.
Garbage Currently, as in most rural settings, domestic garbage, and recyclables are transported by the lot owner to the Kneehill County transfer site approx. 4 kms away.
Service Description
Waste Water The developer will be responsible for; the site evaluation; permits; supply and installation of private packaged sewage treatment units; and approved disposal mounds on all lots.
Natural Gas Gas service will be supplied to the house on each individual lot.
Fencing The Developer will supply and install perimeter fencing on all parcels. The front residential portion of pasture parcels, and the complete perimeter of non-pasture parcels will be white vinyl post and rail. The rear pasture portions on lots 1-12 are fenced with “Bayco” polymer equestrian friendly fence.
